Kazza Scratch Card Program — Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Scratch Card Program is a promotional rewards initiative operated by Kazza Technologies Ltd (“Kazza,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Eligible users may receive digital scratch cards upon completing qualifying transactions on the Kazza platform.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Maintain an active Kazza account in good standing.
• Complete a transaction that results in a successful payout to a Nigerian (Naira) bank account.
• Comply with all Kazza terms, policies, and applicable laws.

Only transactions that successfully settle funds to a Naira bank account qualify for scratch card eligibility.

3. How Scratch Cards Are Earned

• Scratch cards may be issued following eligible transactions, subject to Kazza's internal rules and availability.
• The issuance, frequency, and quantity of scratch cards are determined solely by Kazza and may vary over time.
• Not all eligible transactions are guaranteed to receive a scratch card.

4. Nature of Rewards

• All scratch card rewards are issued exclusively in cryptocurrency, primarily USDT.
• Rewards are credited to your Kazza crypto wallet and are not paid in Naira or any fiat currency.
• Rewards are non-transferable and have no guaranteed fiat value.
• Kazza makes no representations regarding the market value, stability, or future usability of any crypto reward.

5. Reward Verification and Reversals

Kazza reserves the right to:

• Delay, verify, reverse, or withhold any reward pending review.
• Reclaim rewards credited in error or obtained through ineligible or abusive behavior.
• Impose limits on reward redemption or usage.

6. Fraud, Abuse, and System Gaming

Kazza actively monitors usage patterns and transaction behavior. Participation in the Program is conditional on fair use.

You may be removed from the Scratch Card Program if Kazza determines, in its sole discretion, that you are engaging in:

• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation.
• Artificial, circular, or repetitive transactions designed to trigger rewards.
• Use of multiple accounts, payout destinations, or coordinated behavior to game the system.
• Any behavior Kazza reasonably considers suspicious, abusive, or inconsistent with the spirit of the Program.

Where such activity is detected, Kazza may:

• Disqualify you from the Program.
• Revoke issued rewards.
• Suspend or terminate your Kazza account.
• Take any additional action permitted under applicable law.

7. Program Changes and Termination

Kazza reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Scratch Card Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Changing eligibility criteria.
• Modifying reward types or amounts.
• Ending the Program entirely.

Participation in the Program does not create any vested rights or expectations of continued rewards.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kazza shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from:

• Participation in the Program.
• Cryptocurrency price volatility or market fluctuations.
• Program interruptions, technical failures, or reward delays.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Kazza Technologies Ltd.

10. Acceptance

By participating in the Scratch Card Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
