Kazza Referral Policy — Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Kazza Referral Program (“Program”) is a promotional initiative operated by Kazza Technologies Ltd (“Kazza,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The Program allows eligible users (“Referrers”) to invite new users (“Referees”) to create and use a Kazza account via a valid referral code. Both the Referrer and the Referee may earn a reward only after the Referee completes a qualifying deposit of a minimum amount determined by Kazza, at its sole discretion.

Qualifying deposit amounts, reward eligibility, and issuance criteria may vary over time and are subject to change without notice.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, both Referrers and Referees must:

• Maintain an active Kazza account in good standing.
• Comply with all Kazza terms, policies, and applicable laws.
• Not be suspended, restricted, or under investigation by Kazza.

Kazza reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and may exclude certain users, including employees, contractors, or partners of Kazza.

3. How Referrals Work

• A referral is valid only when a Referee signs up using a valid referral code.
• The Referee must complete a qualifying deposit of an amount determined by Kazza before any reward is issued.
• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made solely to trigger referral rewards, without genuine intent to use the platform, may be deemed ineligible.

4. Referral Rewards

• Referral rewards may be issued in cryptocurrency, platform credits, or other reward types as determined by Kazza.
• Reward amounts are not fixed and may vary by campaign or user segment.
• Rewards are non-transferable and have no guaranteed cash or fiat value.
• Kazza makes no representations regarding the market value, stability, or future usability of any reward.

5. Reward Review, Adjustment, and Cancellation

Kazza reserves the right to:

• Delay, review, adjust, withhold, or cancel referral rewards at any time.
• Reverse rewards issued in error.
• Revoke rewards obtained through ineligible, suspicious, or abusive behavior.

Participation in the Program does not create any vested right or entitlement to referral rewards.

6. Fraud, Abuse, and Referral Hunting

Participation in the Program is conditional on fair use. Kazza actively monitors referral and transaction activity.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Creation or use of fake, duplicate, or automated accounts.
• Circular, coordinated, or reciprocal referral arrangements.
• Manipulation or abuse of referral flows or deposit requirements.
• “Referral hunting,” defined as systematic or repeated attempts to exploit the Program primarily for reward extraction rather than genuine product use.
• Any activity intended to unfairly generate, accelerate, or maximize referral rewards.
• Any behavior Kazza reasonably considers abusive, deceptive, or inconsistent with the spirit of the Program.

Where such activity is detected, Kazza may suspend, disqualify, or permanently ban affected users and revoke any associated rewards, with or without notice.

7. Program Changes and Termination

Kazza reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. This includes changing eligibility criteria, qualifying deposit amounts, reward types, or reward values, or ending the Program entirely.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kazza shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from participation in the Program, reward volatility, technical issues, or Program interruptions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

10. Acceptance

By using a referral code or participating in the Referral Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
